I supported a faculty-led crisis management workshop in Renton, WA for Saybrook University. I enjoyed attending + participating with groups, + learning the dynamic needs for preparation, adaptation, + a systems' perspective to coordinating crisis response. For instance, did you know that crises often are crises because of the lack of preparation or heeding of warning signs.
Read my article in the Integral Leadership Review about my reflections + support of this workshop, which included writing a report to University administration with recommendations, public relations support, live + curated social media updates, + networking in the city for attendees.
